Yes. Tease is home to what we believe are Hanmer Springs’ first restaurant robots: Cade, our delivery robot, and Roby, our coffee robot. They help bring food and drinks to your table, making a meal after the Hot Pools something a little different.
Tease is the second restaurant from the owners of No.31 Restaurant & Bar, one of the top restaurants in Hanmer Springs. The same team brings its experience and local supplier partnerships to a more casual, playful Kiwi-Asian fusion menu.
We’re open six days a week and closed on Tuesdays. Our hours are 8am to 9pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 7:30am to 9:30pm on Saturday, and 7:30am to 9pm on Sunday. Breakfast and brunch is served from opening until 3pm, our pizza lunch runs from 3pm to 5pm, and dinner is served from 5pm until close. Happy hour runs from 3pm to 5pm. We’re a great option for breakfast, lunch, happy hour or dinner after the Hanmer Springs Hot Pools.

Yes. Most of our dinner menu is gluten-free or can be made gluten-free or dairy-free on request. Vegan dishes include Vegetables Bon-Bon and Mushroom Truffle Arancini, and the steak, lamb rump and beef cheek can be made dairy-free. Please tell your server about any allergies.
