- Like it sweet and fruity? The Strawberry Velvet Matcha is crushed strawberries and milk under the matcha, and the Matcha Mango Foam tastes like summer.
- Want something different? The Kyoto Rose Matcha is floral and gentle, with the matcha sitting in the foam on top.
- Cold morning? A hot Matcha Latte is served large, like all our hot drinks.

Our specialty drinks are layered, with fruit or milk at the bottom and a foam on top. Serving them in a sealed 500ml can keeps the layers intact and makes them easy to take with you, whether you’re heading to the Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools, a short walk away, or out on the forest trails. Ask us to open it if you’re staying in.
